Single Grip D Ball - Podium

Designed and manufactured by Podium in the UK, these D-balls have an integrated moulded grip handle for a greater variety of weighted drills than you can do with a standard medicine ball.  They are designed for swinging and throwing drills and can be used in place of dumbbells.
